Getting Help When You Need It

It can be challenging to face our emotions at this midlife phase. Often, we either choose to run away from our feelings, busy ourselves to avoid them, or keep so active we’re not in touch with our emotions at all. When we take that step towards fixing our mental health, we can truly set ourselves free. That’s why episode 49 of The Jen Marples Show is about getting help when you need it!

I typically like to tell you that you’re not too f**king old (because you’re not!), but today I want to remind you that you are not alone, and it is more than okay to seek the help you need.
